Logan Ehrens Logan Steele HE LIES Milwaukee Wisconsin
Logan Steele is a Loan broker that works with loan companies. Logan collected over 700 in fees. He told me flat out that the lender charges the fee to process loan applications. I feel like a fool for believing him. The truth is that was in a desparate scenario and he preyed on that, I called some of the lenders that he said he was repesenting and found out that they do not charge fees. I suspect that he knew that I would not get approved but had me apply anyway. I also believe that he may not have even applied to all of the lenders that he said he did. To say it plainly I think that he just took money and never talked to some of or any of these lenders. I say this because one of the lenders that I spoke to could not find any record of my application.
He did get me one loan. i was incredibly unfair but I took it because he promised that I would be able to get a better loan later. I was led to believe that I needed to establish a history and a relationship. I had to change my card processing company as well. This was also unfavorable becuase it slowed down my cash flow. He also promised to get me a better processing company. He did but it took four tme longer than promised.
There is more. The nature of my business puts me out in the field and not by a desk. if I am not at my desk I can't fax, scan email documents and that could delay the loan process. While he was "working on a loan" for me, I asked him if i should stay by my desk. He said I should. I elaborated that I would sacrificing revenue and asked again. He assured me that this was the best course of action. The whole time he knew that he was full of it. So not only was he bilking me he knowing made my desparate scenarion worse by advising to neglect my business.
I hate to admit that I was this gullable but he called once while intoxicated, I should have been done with him then. i am adding this so everyone who reads this will know of my entire ordeal with Logan and know what they would be getting into if they choose to do business with him.
