Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
As I'm writing this, I've already parted with my hard earned money. This Suvin guy is the representative and the so called CEO and co-founder. At initially, we discussed on what I want and the requirements that I want... Without even thinking, he always sticks to his " Yes, we can do it" or " No problem with that"

So believing that he can do it, then I awarded him the project in Guru.com. His guru ID is 742009. He led me to believe and kept on pushing for the downpayment. Feeling a little uncomfortable, I paid him because I too wanted to get the project started.

Immediately after I awarded and paid him, things has becoming a nightmare, he started asking me all the questions ALL OVER AGAIN! I don't mind re-explaining but AT THE END OF THE PROJECT OF TWO MONTHS! He's still asking me CRITICAL basic QUESTIONS of my project...

This company is a rip-off an never to be trusted any longer. They claim to have 14 years of experience and yet they don't know what is a wish list. Their wish list is just a TEXT BOX where user can TYPE in WHATEVER they want. Suvin, also Ani Thomas, Logic Manse, or any guy with that particular name. Do not do business with them. They're dishonest, an EXTORTIONIST.

They extorted me in a way where as I saw what they programmed was not to my liking. I told them that this is not what I want. Then they would say that was not included in the initial discussion which I DID!

So If you insist of using them, good luck and all the best of parting with your money and getting s**t work from them.

I've got 3 partners with me on this one. We all have text evidence and discussions.

Wow wow wow... the scammer strikes back with another strike. Hoping to see some light. Unfortunately the internet is not a stupid place. Well, for starters, whether I'm a college student or not... it doesn't matter because He's RIGHT! I'm NEVER HAD any hands on experience in programming because I don't have to! If I knew all the tech jargons and how to do them. I might as well don't employ anyone and do it by myself. I'm a business person who wants a good product and not s**t head problems unnecessarily from anyone. The last thing I need from some stupid a*s is to screw me up with not giving me what I wanted from start.. Detail is KING in their field... So does everyone else! THEY are the 'PROFESSIONAL'... not me... THEY are suppose to ask me questions... not the other way round... and they claim to be a leader in this field? Well, I have to say that this is... VERY surprising... I guess this is what a market leader creates a wish list in the user admin backend by simply just creating a text box and just type in what the user wishes for... One thing I knew for sure it worked because i typed in " I wished for 1 million dollars"... so called market leaders eh? Amazon must be using newbies to create their website. Because obviously from I've been shopping with amazon for 6 years... and I used their wishlist alot. It's SO DIFFERENT from these 'MARKET LEADERS' created. Negotiations and resolving problems... hmm... lets see... I remembered one of the last meeting, me and my partners were pointing out on some backend product management issue... We were COMPLETELY DISGUSTED with the FLOW and we told them that it's not working. So we told them how we want it and then guess what they told us " We have created that and it's one of the core, we can't change that. If you want to change then you can do it in phase 2" No solution was made that night, and I'm left completely lost with their word... Imagine that your business is planned to get launching in 2 weeks and what you're seeing is s**t work... I had to cut my losses because at the end of the meeting, they were still asking me crucial BASIC questions of my business model. Obviously they didn't bother to ask me clearly and this Suvin guy held to this SRS like his holy bible. I had to scrap so many functions on my side just to get the project moving. Why did I made the point of non-negotiation because I was left between the core functions of my business model and if I were to scrap the functions just because he CANT do it. Then, I might as well bring my money somewhere else. I don't really care what he says I am, college student... or newbie in business... afterall, I know what I want and I'm not taking any bullshit from someone who doesn't perform. So called market leaders my a*s!

Silence is Golden, but we don't feel its fair to allow this one-sided libel post to tarnish our impeccable reputation, without putting all the facts on the table. Rayson had posted the project-in-question (StockSilo) in May, 2008. We spent almost a month(please note: A MONTH) discussing and nailing down the specifications of his Multi-level marketing-enabled E-commerce project. Based on the discussions we had, our design team developed a Software specification document which described all the functional aspects of the website. The SRS was approved by Rayson and his partners and we started active development of the project on June 23,2008. As per our normal payment terms, an upfront payment of 35% was also collected. We even put the team to work on weekends since the scope of the project was already quite comprehensive and they were looking for an immediate launch. We developed all the functional modules towards mid of August and started working on the bugs/issues [thru a feedback cycle]. Changes were suggested for the page designs and we changed the whole page+site designs as per their requirements. Rayson and the team released another 1000$ on Aug 25 since we progressed a lot and they asked for another week to release the pending payments. (The total budget of the project was 4600$). Please find the attached screen shot on the payment and feedback details from Guru.com. You can also verify this by going through the following link: guru.com/emp/company-viewProFeedback.cfm? g=k1rvkEj6PHE8%2b0JCcwNLDw%3d%3d In the meanwhile, Rayson found an investor and came up for a telephonic conference to review the website and asked for a list of changes and a set of new features. We agreed to do the changes which ever are easy for no cost but refused to undertake major changes which were out of the scope of the initial project description and the SRS ( as agreed between both parties ). The application was nearing completion and a complete change of the architecture was unacceptable and not feasible within the scope of the original project budget. I suspected Rayson - a college student(and I don't mean this in a derogatory way; just putting things in perspective) didn't have much hands-on experience with software engineering in the real world. He demanded that we payback all the money through Guru.com [Case No:1220622270649-109284]. We feel the issue was that despite having a good vision about his project and great entrepreneurial instincts, he failed to put his requirements across in when he should have. Additionally he had issues defining clearly how he wanted every functionality to be implemented. In our business, detail is King. Below are the few lines from the final verdict of Guru.com " If you feel that you completed the work as specified, you are welcome to keep the money that you have received to date. If Rayson would like to pursue the matter further, he will have to do it outside of Guru.com. ". After this Rayson threatened to write a RipOff report and passed the message through Guru.com representative and started to attack us with Ripoff report website. Final note:- Probably we could have avoided this by paying back the money but we believe that we have done the work promptly and we cannot entertain situations like this where people with little focus demands us to work on their ill-defined terms. An SRS is prepared to define the scope of the project and we believe that the unfortunate incident happened because of our mistake in choosing a client with lack of focus. We are a thricing company with several active, loyal and repeat customer-clients including Startups, SMBs and Enterprises for various levels of projects. We believe that we need to stay focused on our good work and shouldn't buckle when someone is prepared to blackmail us. We love working with entrepreneurs because we also belong to the same group and we can point out various customers whom we assist with free business consulting and maintainance services. We as a company strive to live up or above the expectation of our customers and we have a long list of customers who have experienced the sweetness of working with us and we believe a jargon-filled report cannot change our reputation as a leader in providing cutting edge technology services. We take this opportunity to review ourselves and to enhance the quality in our processes and the methodologies and to run a backgroudn check+interview of a client's background before entering into a deal. The following questions should naturally occur to People with common sense: 1) How can someone pay the second round on Aug 25 and come up with a ripoff in less than 14 days. If the client's allegation that we don't know the basics of our trade is true, then why didn't he point out that earlier ? 2) If the guy's intention is purely a customer rights issue, or dissatisfaction with work, the best and the most gentlemanly way in business is to communicate with the other party and get things resolved. It may sound absurd, but this 'victim' has never tried for any resolution other than demanding ALL his payments back. How on earth can one ask for return of the payments and assume that an entire development team(with mouths to feed) should work for no cost at his whim ? 3) @RipOff - We liked your business model of permitting outright blackmail and collecting money for removing the reports. But this will work more satisfactorily if you provide more mechanisms to check the authenticity of the claims. There are credit verification agencies that have better features. As we speak, any Tom, d**k or Harry's angry uncle can write a ripoff against any one who he imagines has duped them. You guys need to work on this before small businesses like us even think of dealing thru your third-party mediation service. We don't want to make any statements, or resort to any negative campaigning against the 'victim' author. That is simply not part of our professional ethics. However, the facts should be put out transparently for all to see, and form their own judgements. Thank you for taking the time and patience to read this completely. Regards, Management Team - Accused company,
