Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

It’s a sophisticated logo, stationary and web design scam -- a RIPP-OFF. Logodesignguarantee.com rip me off for over $620 and my hopes on launching a new business next Spring. I employed them for designing a logo, business card and stationary, and, designing a web site. In the process of submitting revisions on site pages the days turned into weeks. Recently, when I went to log in my "Client Panel" I discovered I could not. Then I attempted to log on to other pages of their web site but could not. Then I sent them several emails to question the issue, but the email failed to send. Next I made several phone calls to them and, despite holding-on each call several minutes for speaking to a live company rep, none of the calls were picked-up by a live rep. Logo design Guarantee was very clever and deceptive. They fooled me in stealing hundred of my hard earned dollars (while unemployed and a full time college student -- struggling to make ends meet). If anyone knows the whereabouts of the scammers, where they reside or can be seen in person, please let me know. There’s another unique program designed for dealing with people who rip off innocent consumers and corporate information -- by such cleaver means. I’d have each one of them put down – forever -- to prevent them from starting their next scam. The authorities are not going to apprehend or stop them. Please let me know where they can be seen or, where they reside, if your able to ascertain such information.

Now company claims their site (entire biz) was down for Annual Maintenance

Now, today, after nearly four days experiencing all means for communicating with them severed, appear back up and running.

Their web site is once again published.  Even their Chat Line and phone is wrking.

It possible that administration failed to properly notify customers several days in adance that the company would be completely down for performing Annual Maintenance.

Upon a recent attempt to  log on their site, after several days of daily attempts,  I finally succeeded.  They now respond with an apology and explaination the company was down for performing Annual Maintenance.   I, once again, have access to viewing my revisions -- and, they appear well done.

Further, upon logging in I noticed they did provide notification (but provided on their site only) that they'd be down several days for annual maintenance tasks.   But it appears the notification was issued the same day of the shut down.

Thus it appears the issue may have been caused from an employee failing to notify customers several days in adance that there'd be a shut down for several days.

Aside from this recent issue, I think its design teams (artists) produce very good work.

But now only time will tell whether I'll get the products I ordered and paid for.
