COMPANY REFUSE TO STICK TO THEIR GUARANTEE AND REFUND PAYMENT.
I have called and emailed about 30 times but no sign of any refund. All the Indians say is I will escalate your claim. Nothing every happens.
Can't speak to Trading Standards because it's not a UK company.
