Joe,
You claim that you don't have a customer complaint on file, but if you did you would have refunded the customer. How about my case? I have an active BBB complaint against your company and you're still trying to deny my refund. I've been dealing with Rod and Martin O'Connor - no refund.

I conducted some research on this project. Here are the facts:
1) Client ordered the logo on 9/15/2008.
2) First draft was uploaded on 9/16/2008.
3) client gave a revision on 9/16/2008.
4) we provided 3 drafts, and the client finalized the logo on the 19th, 4 days after the order was placed. Project is complete.
I'm baffled that they would place this complaint. Either this, or this is not the client who is posting this report, because the facts posted by the previous person do not add up. Also, we only charge $99 to start a project. This client ordered the $99 project, plus $100 to have everything next day. This was all completed. Sorry we weren't able to satisfy them, but i believe we did everything we promised. I saw no complaints in our system. If we hadn't, we would certainly have refunded them.
