Lone mountain is total fraud! I purchased a 2016 t680 first thing first they advertised to be fully loaded truck with extended warranty which was a fraud and a lie! Far from being fully loaded! At $170,000.00 Secondly they do second fraud of you making you buy insurance from them. That's additional $600 monthly on top of $2625 monthly payment on the unit 10/29/15 I purchased a truck picked it up and on 02/15/16 my truck got towed due to a accident they called tow yard said its a repossession and do not release the truck. I flew back home got home they advised me I was payment late on my truck in additional you didn't pay us for insurance which was total lie I had proof of payment etc. They basically took $19,000 from me and left me with no truck to run! Now I am filling lawsuit I am requesting everyone who got ripped off to contact me (((REDACTED))) so we can file a legal class action lawsuit against them I have three others who been victims I am starting the process

My truck was repossed because I was 20 days late on my payment but I was 20 days late often . It wasn't until I had an argument with my account manager that things went left . I've made over 30,000$ in payments plus an additional 15000$ in repairs . I had about 2yrs. left on the lease .

They have bad business practices and are known for repossing their trucks before the lease is over . These practices are against the law and designed to get you out of your money . Had I did my research I would've NEVER done business with this shady company. I would love to be part of this class action lawsuit. [email protected]

If you were late on your payment, they have every right to do a repo. You glossed over the FACT of you being late. ANY time you finance a vehicle the lender requires insurance. If you did not have existing insurance in hand before you walked into their doors, then you must purchase the insurance before you leave. Since you're here mouthing off about class action lawsuits, it a dead giveaway you don't know what you are talking about!
