8821 Interstate 35 Access Rd, San Antonio, TX West Loop Mitsubishi I traded in my 2015 Lancer in hopes to getting in a brand new car. They were calling me for weeks. So I finally decided to. They let me test drive 3 different cars. Each time I was thinking ok this will be the one, just for the sales man to turn around and give me a standard Mitsubishi Outlander. I Told him I don't know how to dive standard. I've never tired it. He said it's easy so we test drove it for about 2 hours. I was still skeptical and said what if I decide to take it and it breaks down.

He told me it's got warranty you'll be covered. I'm thinking ok if it had warranty it'll be fine. I had the car for 2 months and the clutch burned out. 3 days after they pick it up they told me we can fix your car but the warranty doesn't cover it it'll be 2,200 to fix it. I said what??? What do i have warranty for if it really isn't warranty? I am a working mother and also go to school and my husband works many double shifts. That is all we do. We cannot afford that and can't afford to miss work either. They took my trade in and our money and left us with nothing!!! Do not trust them they are scammers!!!

I'm so sorry for your troubles after reading this report that you posted I feel they pressured you into buying a car that provided them with more profit why would a Salesman try to talk you into buying a stick shift when you are uncomfortable with that he could have walked you over to an automatic and kept you as a happy customer That's the type of salesman nobody should trust when they do not listen to their customer you are going to be driving the car you are going to be comfortable or uncomfortable in that car not the salesman personally I believe it had to do with financial greed maybe it was an old-age unit and he was going to get a bonus for getting rid of that car and dumping it on someone I have heard so many terrible stories about Mitsubishi sales people and their sales tactics not to mention I've seen a lot of fraudulent credit applications going to Banks behind the customers back I used to work with a guy that bought a brand new Mitsubishi couple of years ago and let me tell you he had more trouble with that car then he could shake a stick at go Google Mitsubishi admits cover-up scam Top 148 complaints and reviews about Mitsubishi Motors Ripoff Report Mitsubishi Motors credit of America complaint Collective failure at Mitsubishi Motors led to fuel fraud When I used to sell cars I work with a few sales people that used to work at Mitsubishi dealers and they used to talk about some of the scams that went on that managers knew about I would go to any used car dealership before I went to a Mitsubishi dealer Let me give you some advice anytime you go to a place of business and a sales rep tries to talk you into buying something you don't want there's a reason for that and they are not going to tell you the reason why they're trying to talk you into buying something you don't Many times it's because there's incentives for the salespeople to get rid of something that's an old-age unit and the management wants them to get rid of it even if it involves using high-pressure sales tactics to unload the turd if you will I'm so sorry for your bad situation.
