I have almost the same problem, but the funny thing is; I let a Lone Star Security & Video techincian walk in to my house to give me an estimate, 10 minutes after the technician ask my wife for her name and her phone number and to initial on a blank form to show his boss that he is doing his job, since it's a blank form, she did initial (later on this form appear to be a 3 years service agreement). Few days later, I got a call from this company to explain that we will need to bring in a land line phone to install the alarm system, so I figured $19.99 for the phone and another $19.99 for the alarm service will be over my budget, so I refused the service. Several months later I received a letter from the same collection agency (Allied Collection Services) and a letter was signed by Bruce Boyer asking to pay off a 3 years agreement and they procceed to report it to my credit record. Because I have never signed or agreed to provide me any service, and never even had serviced or any sysytem installed or anything so I disputed all negative info was reported by Allied Collection Agency and I am ready and I will give all my time and whatever it takes to fight this case.
