If a job posting looks like an advertisement rather than an announcement, be careful. Postings for legitimate jobs are more or less dispassionate announcements of what jobs are available. If the posting is trying to entice you to apply, chances are good that the jobs in question involve soliciting on straight commission, the sort of jobs where it's difficult or impossible to make any money and which naturally enough have very high turnover rates.
Terms such as "all positions available" and "entry-level marketing" are caution signs. So is "no experience necessary," as even though legitimate employers might hire people who have no experience, they don't usually highlight that fact in their postings. Really, though, the best thing is just to trust your instincts.
