Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Hire you promising plenty of training and transition assitance. Then don't deliver.

State flexible schedule. which means - work every weekend indefinetly reqardless of family commitmemts.

Say you will have to travel. which means no consideration your sent the farthest distance when the schedule reflects employees available in that area and drives in yours(they do give you milage so I ask is this cost effective?)

They institute new policies at whim without proper training.

So how do you become proficient when they keep changing the rules.

Ms. Henry makes promises, assures you of her assistance and quotes policy. Then can't remember, doesn't follow through or scrutinizes your work to the point of harrassment.

We are working with needles and blood pressure and stress create an unsafe working environment doesn't anyone care about their employees anymore?

This site is dedicated to changing unethical behavior and practices, which abuse the weak. Hopefully we can make a difference. No one should have to work in an hostile work environment.

Not to belittle your complaints, I'm sure it's not a good place to work, but this just sounds typical to me of the modern workplace in America.

Compared to my last job it almost sounds good, actually.

Hopefully you found a better job at a better company.
