WHEN I HIRED OUTSIDE COUNSEL HE TRIED TO GO TO THIS PERSON AND TALK BEHIND MY BACK HE HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA . BEWARE OF THIS SCUMBAG . This "Complaint" is nonsense. I never was the attorney for this man at the Children's Court.
This man, plain and simple, was on the opposing side and lost custody of his child to my client, the Mother.
Of course I feel his deep frustration and in fact feel sorry for the guy. On the other hand you can't just write false trash and throw it on an honest, hardworking, Court-Appointed Attorney.
So I have no alternative but to bring a lawsuit for Defamation and harassment against this "person". I am now trying to locate the guy's address so I can serve the Lawsuit and Restraining Order App.
