My husband and I attended a timeshare presentation at Los Cabo Country Club in Cabo san Lucas in February 2014, where we met with sales rep Javier Solis. After declining the pitch, another rep., Remy, a tall bald headed man with a strong European accent, said he would purchase our existing timeshare membership at Pueblo Bonito, which would net us $8000 USD profit. In addition, he said we couldn't use our membership for the first 5 years as they needed it for marketing. To compensate us for that, they would pay us $3120 USD annually for the next 5 years as guaranteed rental income or $5200 USD in travel credits to use for airfare, accommodations, car rentals, or cruises. They would look after all the paper work involved in the transfer and purchase of our Pueblo Bonito membership and we would receive our money within 90-120 days. We were required to sign several documents and put a deposit down using our credit card. One of the documents included a clause stating there are no provisions for rescission in our agreement..,we subsequently discovered this is against Mexican law..

After finding out that we purchased at LCCC, the "body snatcher" who gave us the invitation later told us he felt bad because he knows that this resort is under investigation for fraud and is operating as a ghost company. This gave us a sick feeling and he suggested we do some research into Global Travel Services and Los Cabos Country Club. Soon after, we received an e-mail from Premier Property Management requesting a copy of our contract and our ID's as they would be acting as marketing agents to sell and rent our memberships once they received our $849. activation fee. After doing some research we have discovered many of the same complaints from others on this website and trip advisor. We are not alone. There is strength in numbers. If we can all band together and convince a law firm to take on a class action law suit, we can stop these thieves from doing business, Does anyone know of any lawyer who has started litigation against these people? We would like to be included in any action to cancel our contract and get our hard earned money returned.

Premier Property Management & Royal Elite Timeshare Scam

#2Consumer Comment

Fri, April 11, 2014

Premier Property Management contacted me with all the right answers. They said my Royal Elite timeshare would be easy to sell and it would be sold 30-60 days, but no way it would last over 90 days. James made sure I would be able to answer my phone for all the offers. I would have to be able to say yeah or nah on the offers. It's been over 3 months and I have not received one offer nor have I heard from James to discuss any issues. This company is a joke and I warn everyone to stay clear. They got $750 out of me and I am sure they will try to get more out of you
