It's obvious you work for the company so why not just identify yourself thus. You should train your employees in customer service my point in describing the situation is to demonstrate the grief that I went through in doing business with your company. I will tell anyone that will listen what to expect in dealing with this company.

Quite a bit of your report is how bad the parking is at this store and your apartment. Then another major complaint is on how hard it was to get the boxes upstairs and how you had to rearrange your studio apartment to get ready to assemble it. Seems like your real reports should by on your city and your landlord.
Of course you then also want to call it a RipOff when you couldn't even keep track of your receipt for a couple of hours. Where when they say it will be a couple of days the first thing you threaten them with you attempting a ChargeBack.
Well here is probably what will happen. If you give your CC company this story one of a few things will happen. They may laugh at you for 5-10 minutes before they tell you that your dispute isn't valid. They may just take your information and give you a temporary credit, but once they talk to the Store they will reverse that credit and close your dispute. They will take your information, give you a temporary credit and when they talk to the store, the store will send you the instructions and they will reverse the credit.
By the way you appear to know how to use the Internet since you posted this report, have you tried searching for the instructions yourself?
