Lotiontown.com TOTAL RIP OFF - NEVER RECEIVED ITEMS - NO ONE EVER RESPONDS BACK TO EMAILS Greenwood Indiana
I placed an order on November 28th and of course they took my money out the same day as my order. After about a week went by I emailed them and asked them when they thought my order would go out. I received an emailing stating that my concern would be sent to shipping.
Then I tried emailing them again stating that I wanted to know what was going on with my order. I got an email saying that it can take up to 30 days to ship and my concerns would be forwarded to shipping. I emailed again saying that I wanted to talk to someone and they said that they only do costomer service via email, not over the phone.
Now over the last 2 weeks I have tried emailing them numerous times to find out what is going on. In the last 5 days alone, I have sent them an email everyday trying to get an answer back. Of course I get nothing.
Today I have emailed my bank to try and get my money back. This company is a total ripoff and not worth any of the hassle that I am going thru. I should have just gone to the store to buy my items at full price, at least then I would have actually gotten something for my money.
