Louisanas Best Seafood ... Alex Dishonest Unprofessional Bussiness Practices Kenner Louisiana
I orderd seafood on line from sales rep John for my small bussiness farm market i sell froen quality seafood to complement the produce....the seafood arrived defrosted 925.00 order w/o fright...I called first thing the next morning Pam directed me to Alex I explained to Alex that I am a small bussiness and do not have a licence to sell fresh or thawed meat only froen I use a freeer to transport my froen meat his reply was I should expect defrosted meat this time of year, just refreee it ...he finally agreed to refund the money on the defrosted meat.
The total was 290 and some change sence not all the meat had defrosted I agreed to refreee his meat and package /Pam faxed a fedex label sent it back fedex took 3 days to deliver the meat had to of spoiled. I sent back on a monday and called on wensday Pam answerd the phone Alex didnt bother to talk to me said they were filling a claim the package was dammaged I ask Pam for a manager or someone above Alex ...no one I ask who the owner of the company was Pam said I dont know I ask for some one to call before noon to handle this problem no phone call...so I called back I explained to Pam if no one wants to handle this I will have to file a complaint to the BBB brfore i could say another word she put me on hold /was right back Alex said hes putting the money back on my card today/friday/ and it would show up monday morning...didnt happen

I had two phone calls of apologies and the agreed on refund was credited to my credit card Thank You!
