I found out that when you order certain products on the internet these products are linked to a company called "HEALTHY LIVING". "HEALTHY LIVING" then charges you a yearly fee of $69.00.
Here is the information needed to cancel membership. If you do not cancel, they will continue to charge you $69.00 every year.
