Heres a suggestion : A) Have customer contact or email LTC with desired titles. B) Now, LTC will prepare the order. C) Now when the order is completed, LTC will send an invoice to the customer, telling them that their order is completed. D) The invoice will include all titles requested ,cost of each title ,and shipping charges. E)When the customer receives the invoice from LTC, the customer will pay the requested amount in the invoice. F) Then , after LTC receives payment for the movies that were pre-prepared, the order can be shipped immediately after LTC receives the payment. If ordering a lot of movies the customer will simply have to wait until LTC completes the order and forwards an invoice for the balance due., commonsenseman

I received my DVD on 3-7-12. Not in the time frame they advertise, but it did get here and is in good working order. If the company had simply responed to emails and let me know the situation I wouldn't have been upset. Bottom line is movie was delivered and works well. I can't call them a ripoff based on delivery of goods.
