Low Price Skates Did NOT get what I ordered. LIED TO ME! WILL NOT refund my money!!! Lewisville Texas
Order 56460 made on Oct. 13th 2008. Paid in full on the website when ordered by Master Card. I called to be sure my skates were not on back order, everything would be shipped ASAP. I was charged for shipping, Im a roller derby girl and entered the code "derby10" which was supposed to remove my charge.
I received a package on 10/22. Mojo WHEELS and a helmet. Called to double check my order because I never received a tracking number. Still on track. I waited WEEKS.
Called, no one answered or returned my calls. I emailed, no one responded. FINALLY a woman named Bernadette returned my call and tried to get everything straightened out. She even checked the weight of the package and sure enough.. No skates, no outside wheels (Answers).. No pads.. Just a helmet and Mojo wheels that apparently Riedell thought were worth $359.
Tuesday, 11/4, the rest of my order was going to be overnighted because Riedell "messed up" the order. TODAY! 11/10 I received 2 boxes both carrying knee pads and toe savers. I called LowPrice immediately, and they HUNG UP on me. I called again and was told "we had a bad connection". We called AGAIN!!! They were going to "transfer" me, and we were.. DISCONNECTED!!! When I told them I wanted a refund, they said that there was no way I could issue a full refund because I would have to ship everything (even the things THEY doubled) at MY cost and then pay a restocking fee because its custom ordered for me and they would have to sell it in their store.
Hello?! It wasnt my fault that they didnt get the order right for a month!!! Im working with Chase right now to take all the action against them I can. I shouldnt have to pay for their MORE than obvious mistake. And I have NO intentions of waiting ANY LONGER for my SKATES!!!
