As I had stated earlier, I ordered the counter top. It was a week and a half later than expected, finally Arron calls me telling me the counter top is in and would like to set up a delivery date. I ask him why it was late, and he gives me the, I don't know, I just call all the people who's orders came in. Great, I chose Wednesday morning for my delivery. This call took place on Tuesday, another week goes by and no verification phone call, you know the one that usually happens the night before to remind people of the delivery. Wednesday morning comes and I call over to Lowes and explain that a counter top was getting delivered today and was looking for an approximate time of delivery, because I take off work to do this, in turn lose money, they tell me, oh that isnt even here at the store yet. I proceed to explain that Arron called and told me all the info I needed, they told me he would be in at noon. I called Arron and talked to him about the issue, he again told me that it had got delivered noon that day, and they don't usually deliver on thursdays, but he is having his driver come in to deliver just this counter top, it will be there at nine thirty he says. Great, thursday comes and nine thirty comes and goes, oh yes, I am not getting paid for this either. It is now approaching noon, and I call over there, I get Anne. She tells me that she had sent the driver on other deliveries, and as soon as he gets back he will be right out. They call back at about 12:30 and tell me he is on his way. AN HOUR LATER he shows up, yes people I have lost the better part of half a days pay on these idiots at Lowes. Finally in the house it looks beautiful. I get eveything in order for the weekend because I have some people coming over to help install this, god knows I would never have Lowes attempt this task. Already to go THE MEASUREMENTS ARE OFF, some to long and another 3 inches short, APRIL is CERTIFIED to do this work! APRIL YOU FORGOT TO FIGURE IN THE FILLER STRIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Furious, I go back to the store in person. I was as nice as I could possibly be. I see Ted, and explain to him that this needs special attention and marked as priority. Sure thing he tells me, so far such crap, I have had to do all the calling and, had actually talk to April who acts like queen s**t who did nothing wrong, well queen s**t being that you are certified and all YOU PUT ME OUT OF MY KITCHEN FOR ANOTHER 2 MONTHS!!!!!!!!! Although she is nice enough to call and let me know that it will be finished the 8th of SEPTEMBER, SEPTEMBER, THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can not stress to people enough what a circus of morons they have over at Lowes. I have seen un-supervised day cares with better structure than this place. Thank you Lowes.
