This complaint was filed out of being upset that he did not contact us in almost a week. BUT He had a family emergency and I didn't find out until after I posted this complaint.
There are No hard feelings. There were some misunderstandings. We have since moved on. Please disregard what was said in the previous complaint. I attempted to remove the complaint but the site won't let me.
Todd provided great service.

In my ten years in the business I have never shut off communication with a customer. I am not sure who this is filing this claim but if I did happen to work with you and you need further explanation as to why your loan did not close please call me directly at 314-239-0414. Also, if you have any email from me what so ever that says I will personally reimburse you the appraisal fee if the loan is denied then please forward it to me and I will be happy to refund you.
There are several issues that can cause a loan not to close and most are completley out of our control especially when it comes to an appraisal being much lighter than expected. Please share your name and I will go a step further and copy and paste our entire chain of emails on this website for everyone to see.
I now know who this client is and have posted our latest correspondence below:
I have never had a complaint in 10 yrs of business and have hundreds of testimonials and positive reviews to back this up. While I do feel bad that I was not able to accomadate this clients loan, we as loan officers have no control over the value of your home and/or credit score requirement. Please review the chain of emails below and use your own judgement in determining if this client was misled or not given a reason for the loan not going through.

No problem, My advice would be to let the credit sit for a few weeks then. Beings that the collection is so new, his scores should raise on their own rather quickly. May be a few weeks but might be worth a shot. Up to you guys?

Mrs.Hillmon,
I am still looking for a solution. In.order for this to work i need to get one of our investors to sign off on an appraisal waiver since the report we have is not at a high enough value. The challenging part is that Michaels credit score
is at a 663 and the requirement per FHA is a 680.. I am hoping to get a final answer today as i have sent this to all four of the investors we work with but i more than.likely will not have final news until tomorrow. I will update you
as soon as i have any ness to share. I appreciate your patience.

Hello, I don't want to think you're ignoring me or my husband, but I would like to know
the status of our refinance. My husband has called and I have emailed you several times.
The last contact from you was March 19, 2013. Up until then, you responded to my
emails fairly quickly. If there are issues that prevent you from moving
forward with the loan, we totally understand. We can go with another company and
keep it moving. We just ask that you don't leave us in the dark.
The appraisal was done as required, and the appraisal report was sent to my personal email the very next day.
