Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
After what amounts to fraud and immoral business practices perpetuated by Matt and his employer Tony P./ LTT Foods, and after we had all agreed on a resolution in mediation, the monies owed to us and Jayco Financial Services are still not paid. In fact the settlement check issued to me and my husband BOUNCED. I was told by Tony that his Lawyer Mr. Parsons was to be releasing funds to me. The check bounced not once, but TWICE. And the account with Jayco that was to be paid off still has not been.

It seems that I am not the only person who is involved in a case against Tony and LTT foods. And it seems that he is hiding his assets so as not to have to pay what others, and myself are owed. It would appear that Tony and his laywer have a long history of having to deal with cases such as mine. It seems to me as if his attorney has found his cash cow client, the one that seems to be keeping him in business, as I would have to assume the Mr. Parsons is still getting paid and that his checks are not BOUNCING.

We have been promised certified funds to satisfy both judgements, we have been promised that the money would be in the account, we have been promised that this will be taken care of, but we still have nothing but bounced checks, and an account that still has yet to be paid off.

I for the life of my cannot understand why no criminal action has been brought against Tony, because I know if I was bouncing checks all over town I would have to answer to the law at some point. We still have a lawyer, we still have money owed to us, and we still have court dates pending.

These people stole from us. I would bet that LTT Foods is on its way out of business. My only hope at this time is that I get to collect money owed to me before they declare bankrupty, or before they just skip town all together. I am investigating whether LTT has any connection to a company in Colorado that had similiar court action brought against it, and I am also looking into a possible class action case against them.

LTT, Tony Perchemlian, and Matt Digioia, and other employees like himself need to be stopped. What they are doing is illegal, immoral, and just plain wrong.

After noncomplience with the arbitration, and nonpayment of the judgement award, we had to go to court again, and we were awarded more monies, but still have not recieved anything. The accounts with Jayco are still not paid, and I am still awaiting my monies for the checks that Tony/Ltt/and their lawyer have bounced to me. I cannot believe that they are continually allowed to get away with this. If it had been mne that bounced checks, I would assume that I would have had to answer to those charges by now. Will be contacting the District Atty's office to see what can be done and will also pursue collection of the debt owed to me. I am disgusted with this whole process.
