Lube 'n' Go Warning!!!! Stray away from this buisness. My wife, who has very limited knowledge of auto mechanics was scared into getting services not needed. El Paso Texas
On 5 Jan 2017, my wife took the day off from work to get her vehicle, 2015 Maxima with 13000 miles, inspected for her state registration. She went to the Lube 'n' Go on Montwood. The manager convienced her that the vehicled needed the injectors cleaned. Once again, 1300 miles on this vehicles. My wife, who I must confess posseses limited auotmobile mechanics knowledge, thought that this was requried before she could pass the state inspection. She did try to get ahold og me, but unsuccessful. fearing she would have to return another day to get her inspection, she agreeded on the service. This manager used scared tactics on a inoccent person got what he wanted...$79.99. Furious, I went to confront this crook, and made the attempt to explain his side of his so called suggestions of required service the vehicle clearly did not need. Yes, I verbally went nuts on him, thats all I could do to keep from going to jail. Finally, the entire service process took 34 min!!! Really!!!??? stae inspection and an injection cleaning, all within 34 mins??? either they had ten mechanics on her vehicle or...
Do yourself a favor and stay away. I hope this does not happen to this managers mother, daughter or wife; hopefully they will get treated with trust and respect.
