Luca Financial Express ripoff Kansa City Missouri
In december 2002 i recieved a phone call fromm luca financial offering me a crdeit card with no interest and late fees for two years. At first i turned them down then they called me again and i accepted. Well bottom line is its been over 3 months and still no credit card. just $249 taken from my account. I want my money back.
