Mr. LUCIANO GUIDO is plain and simple a SCAM ARTIST. We found out that Mr. Guido's con man behavior have caused so much damage not only here in California, but also in Florida and overseas. Last year Mr. Guido rented an apartment unit from us in Beverly Hills, and he never paid (or attempted to pay) any rent, since his ultimately main purpose was to get evicted from the unit, and meanwhile stay there "rent-free" while the eviction process finalizes, which usually takes 2-3 months to complete.
At the beginning, he gave us every excuse on the book. From "funds he was going to receive from an overseas wire-transfer," to "I am currently away on business trip," to even make us redact a new lease again based on false promises. His main purpose was always to stay at the unit without any financial responsiblity.
After more than a month, he finally gave us a date to pick up the rent due on a afternoon, only to find out from neighbors that early in the morning he and his con-man partner by the name of TOMASZ SLUSARZ boarded a shuttle-van heading to the airport, ultimately leaving the apartment unpaid.
We conducted an investigation and found out that Mr. Guido had performed the same scams in Florida twice, and he was even sued in court not only for those scams but also for other offenses. We have also filed legal action against Mr. Guido, and will pursue any and all legal actions against him (See attached court documents).
DO NOT trust Mr. Guido (or Mr. Slusarz) with any business dealings, most importantly with renting any apartment or house. They will just make it a completely nightmare for you.

I did a search for him and found this scam. I met him in Miami in 2005. He scammed over 100 thousand dollars back then.
First, he made friends with a music band called "Gaitan Brothers". I told to the Gaitan Brothers not to make business with him because he was a scammer. Well... they introduced him to a friend of them who was an artist and his friend gave to Luciano Guido 50 thousand dollars to promote him. Luciano ran away with the money.
After that, a friend of mine who was a model tome me she was doing an event in Spain and Luciano Guido was producing the event. I told her about the scam he did to the other people. She didn't pay attention. The hotel in Spain gave Luciano $80K for the event. Well... the day before the event the girls were there, the production company was there and Luciano never showed up!
The model back then was Alejandra Gutierrez, a pretty brunette, she lives in Italy and has a son with down syndrome.
I was amazed how easy was for this man scam people. He is very charismatic, no sign of evil. But once he gets the money he runs away.
He is now in Mexico selling solar power or something like that.
