Complaint Review: Lucille Roberts Fitness - New York New York

I recently took a free trial class at the Yonkers site just to test it out. I've belonged to several gyms before and found this one in particular to be the dirtiest. The equipment was old and in need of serious help. For the amount of members they had there was not nearly enough treadmills. I also saw no trainer on site. In their favor the girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful, and you can't beat the price of membership, however, even there low prices cannot lure me to join. Too bad, it would have been so convienent for me. I hope someone from there headquarters reads this and cleans the place up. I would be willing to pay more for a cleaner and nicer gym.

Jody, I suggest you get a whole group of people to email these idots! Go to the news reporters and better business bureau! I got the same problem regarding their behavior. COME IN WITH A VIDEO CAMERA, TAPE RECORDER OR TAKE PICTURES OUTSIDE THEIR CLUB! Whenever I come in there, they make me feel uncomfortable and I feel like they're talking behind my back! But I guess that's what we get for paying less for a gym. I guess we can't get better service, if we pay less for membership than most clubs. I just try to ignore these VERMENS. These daughters of vagabonds are worth less than street trash. I HATE THE YONKERS CLUB!! There are two girls there that I hate: Jennifer and Nasty (her real name, from what a friend told me is Natastia, but I call her NASTY). I hope those girls DIE. I hate them. Sorry, I'm just pissed off. They're ATLEAST 5 to 10 years younger than me and talk down to ME, like THEY'RE the mature adults. YOU HAVE NO REAL JOB WORKIN AT THE GYM, STREET TRASH, SO SHUT IT! THEY GIVE ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT!!! I just try to ignore them and try to remember that I'm paying less. But at times, girl, I just want to take out a rifle and shoot those street heathens at the front desk. They look like GANGSTERS.... lol. GANGSTER TRASH! Jennifer does not speak nor comprehend proper english and stares at one of the club members ALL the time. That club member told me that Jennifer stares at her because she thinks she's hispanic, that's why. Um, sorry, no that club member is not hispanic. JUST CAUSE SOMEONE IS DARK WITH BEAUTIFUL DARK HAIR, DOES NOT MEAN THEIR YOUR PEOPLE! And even if they were what makes you think they would want to talk to girls with such a lack of class such as yourselves! And that b***h, Natastia, is sooo rude! She gave one of the club members such a nasty attitude when they asked if they could give a call home because THEY WERE CLOSING EARLY to the member's surprise and the member's ride wasn't coming until later. A friend of mine who works for the government and does investigations for several newspapers, magazines and TV, gave me this email address: [email protected] You can email them there, if you like. But I guarantee you, their response will either be a week late or will be very unprofessional in the wording. How pitiful! An AOL address?? They can't even afford a proper email address. They're not a real company. They're krap!

Did you send this same exact complaint through their website?? When I sent my complaint through the website regarding distasteful behavior by a trainer and manager, the trainer was never to be seen again and I received notification that the manager was terminated as a result of my complaint.
