Luiz Esparza said he owned a call center 1Click.com in Tijuana, Mexico. We sent him money and he never provided any call center services and made no refund. He does not return any calls or emails. Probably just a fake website and the call center does not even exist. Luiz Esparza is a total RIPOFF hiding in Mexico where nobody will take him to court.
