Today (1/25/18) received the 2nd shipment, shipped USPS, from LumidaireEyeSerum. Received one last month and tried to call the number on the Packing List 877-565-3016 and was immediately disconnected. I called again today (1/25/18) and received all representatives busy, we are experiencing unusually high call volume and wait time estimated 2 minutes (hearing classical piano) and waited. Finally, when I did get a representative on the line, I explained to him that I received a shipment in December 2017 and now one in January for something I did not order. He said I signed up for a 14 day free trial on November 6, 2017. I told him I did not sign up for any kind of free trial in November.
The Lumidaire packaging looks exactly like the REVEALRX products promoted by Melania Trump. What ever happened to this product? I did trial her product months ago, and cancelled it, too.
I think my credit card/address information was sold/stolen by Lumidaire and they opened fraudulant free trials without authorization for their product and charged credit cards. This needs to be investigated. I requested immediate cancellation, and they send a confirming email. I told them I have no similar confirming email about the order in November which leads me to believe the free trial was initiated without authorization from the customer.
