Well my experience was very much like most. I did not read the fine print that said if I did not canel with in 14 days I would be billed $84.99. I did not realize this until the charge showed up on my credit card bill. So I called lup Lunar Sleep and told them to cancel my account and give me an RA. She said she cold not do that and we went thru a lot of verbage and finally I said just cancel my account and I will file a complaint. She asked who I was going to file the complaint with and I told her my credit card company and she said her is an RA number and you will have a full credit in 1-3 days. Of course that did not happen and my CCCompay required I wait 15 days file. Yesterday I got and email from the CCC saying the had gotten no response from Lunar Sleep so they credited my account back the $84.99. So I'm happy and will be more careful when chosing something that is free. Lunar sleep still has 45 days to protest it, but I dought they will.
