lund boat co. hull issue new boat new york mills Minnesota
I bought a 2016 lund fury 1400ss in august 2016 with 4 hours on it..I paid 11000,00 dollars for it. First time I launched boat in water the boat took on 3 gallons of water in 5 hours of fishing..I was so teed off I was raising hell with everyone..So here it is january 2017 I have a boat that sits in california(im from arizona) waiting for instructions from lund manufacturer as to what the service techs should do as they cant seem to find the source after numerous testing.boat leaks while in the water but not when water testing hull on dry land. I have been complaining to lund manufacture and reps and they dont give a crap about me. Its like talking to the wall!! Rep said take it to lund dealer, they will take care of it..Long story short,, My 11000.00 dollars means crap to them . Stll waiting to hear from techs in california but they havent gotten a response in weeks from the manufacturer..I cant afford a lawyer or I would sue and ask for another boat..Ive been in the service business myself for 30 years and never would i ever treat my customer this way!! I am so G D mad at lund I may never buy a product from them again..I have lost 5 months of fishing already (MY hobby im semi retired) and dont see my boat getting fixed anytime soon..My first boat was a 2003 Lund and I loved it..I sold it to downsize as im older and dont need bigger boat. So I downsized to a new smaller, newer boat and have had nothing problems and ONE BIG HEADACHE! seems like im just a nobody after they got there money. Pissed off in arizona Mike
