First of all I am working on a suit against this company and any other consumers who have been scammed should please come find me on Ripoff Report, I think there is a way to do that. Anyway, I am stelladizay on Twitter.

Needless to say, this company will sell you an unusable steam shower, in my case. Then they will proceed to send you used parts to fix broken corroded used parts on the spa. The flimsy product with zero to no quality is really bad, chrome plated plastic for metal parts, no washers, disconnected parts, corrosion, water coming from the tub and parts, no amount of silicone or human ingenuity can make this spa work.

When our highly rated contractor opened the spa he was very concerned about the packaging and the way things looked, again water in tubes, corroded parts, loose parts in most components, etc. He was close to telling us to send it back without even touching it, but he perservered because we were so excited about this Luxury Steam Shower, $1995.00. As he started working on the unit and put water in it he noticed two many leaks to count, just from the tub itself. Then as he put it togehter he saw how it leaked from all the light components etc. 

Unfortunately we didn't look at all the complaints about this company prior to our purchase, and we swooped it up because it was such a good price with free shipping. But the 5 year warranty and customer support sounded so great that we thought nothing of it.

Bottom line is Wendy is the sweet receptionist and Jeremy and Rhoda will back their product by saying we resent the manual, best of luck. Contractors alike probably cringe when they see the product and do their best to install. Yet I wonder how many people have unusable tubs and or leaking ones within the first week. Our house flooded due to this unit, and we had to remove it and unfortunately never used it due to its quality. Also, it is metric and has all European connections, hot and warm were reversed etc. 

Here is the fun part, they have you ship it back at your own cost. It must look new or like new, which is never the case because contractors have to caulk and rig the thing to high heck to make it work, which still it won't, seriously.

So, they get the unit and they deny your refund. Oh, there is a 33% re-stocking fee. How can you re-stock something that doesn't work. 

I have videos and pictures to attach or send anyone who would like a gander. Again, I am submitting this to the state of Ohio as well as the other reviews and issues I have found on the web. Thanks.

This company has been in business for 14 years. It is time to have the state of Ohio review their policies, records, etc. They are really just sending people horrible products with a customer satisfaction guarentee that is not backed. 5 year warranty etc. I am a consumer who will not stand for this stelldizay on twitter it you would like shout out at me online. 

So Sad about bein scammed in Denver
