Lvaap Ripoff attempted to defraud Las Vegas Nevada
I recv'd the same fraudulant letter. There was no physical address, phone number or web address. I was lucky enough to have looked online. I truly believe in "If it seems to good to be true, it probably is". What looked like a personalized statement of congratulations appeared to be written by a 3 year olds handwritting. My concern is for the people who are in need of this kind of financial hope, and respond with money they don't really have to spare. There has got to be legal consequence for blatant misrepresentation of intent.
