Complaint Review: m and b motors - waterford Select State/Province

I bought a 2002 Pajero from these guys about a year ago.  They sold me one with 100k on the clock.  6 months later the Pajeros engine seized up.  I called them to help and they could not care they said it was not their problem.  I had the Pajero towed to another mechanic and they told me it looked like it had been flooded and that likely the car had been rereged with fake plates.  I am now out about 9000 on this deal.

DO NOT do business with these guys they are gangsters, con men and rip of artists.  I am now speaking with a solicitor regarding court action for Michael Walsh and mandbmortors.com

Update.....

Since this incident in 2005,  I contacted Mitsubishi Motors of Ireland and they referred me to one of their solicitors.  I am currently pursuing the matter through the courts and action is pending.  For the record - my solicitor and I have already refused an offer a settlement outside of the court.  I refused because we want to see this kind of thing stop and I don't want anyone to have to go through this kind of thing again.  Taking advantage of innocent people and representing themselves as something they are not.  Additionally, Mitsubishi Motors Ireland is very interested in so called fake dealers.  People like Michael Walsh and mandbmotors bring a general disrepute to the entire organization. 

Even recently in the news, more and more people like this will be found and prosecuted.  So called 'clocking' has to be stopped.  A recent study shows that one in five used cars are clocked.  I'd say I know where several of the clocked cars are for sale.  I know because I bought one in 2005.

I can identify the author of this complaint as Nevil Kirwan of Lake Motors, Ballyloughmore, Woodstown, County Waterford, Ireland.



All accusations are totally unfounded.



This is like the "Kettle calling the pot black".



I hope that Nevil will mature speedily than he has over the past 30 years.
