On August 7, 2012 I signed up for an Air Conditioning Class at Mac Institute. The cost of the class was $199.00. I gave Larry Martin Hull a $100.00 deposit. My class was supposed to be taught on Saturdays for the following weeks, September 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd, 2012. When I showed up for class, Hull never showed up. I called numerous times, texed, and e-mailed but haven't received a return call. His home address is: 7810 Arble Dr., Jacksonville, Florida 32211. His place of Business is advertised on Macinstitute.biz, and locally at Beach Flea Market 11041 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida 32246 #70 & #72. A report of Fraud has been filed.
