machine zone. Game of war, After reading mz policy 10 and 12. So my Major problem with mz. The game lagging so badly it's unplayable. I have mailed MZ support now for over a month back and forward. Every time I get 2 mails 1 saying its my device and net working and how the game is dependent on device and networking. And you get a excuse pack with speed ups and RSS. The second e mail. How they feel sorry you can't enjoy the game and tell you development is working on the matter. But the horrible lagging in game does not stop. Not be able to farm fight or doing my hero tree skill. Problem seems you go up To Trillion Trillion Trillion power the game become useless. Because it simple freezing up on you. I have tried to find a phone number to get some answers. But it seems the phone number is not a valid phone number. They do not have a call center. I even doubt that the have costume service. If you get automatically email. With no fix or real support. I feel really ripped off because MZ telling in there policy that they are not responsible. So we're to go. To solve a lagging issue. I can not ask for a refund but there is no fix for game lagging. So you get left in the dark. No support at all. Stay away from this game.
