in may 2016 i purshase a pair of new balances 574 infant size 6.5. 2016-08-03
from macy's online services along with clothing for my grand baby frist
birthday. okay macy's send out to me a pair of new balances 6.5
for an adult.
and ask me to returned the other's in a time frame they given
okay i got her to email me a returned shipping label ( i never got
to use this frist one) they send on another pair of the same
shoe .the box say infant 6.5 but Ray charles can clearly see
that this itsn't a infant or toddler shoe .
call them back again this, time they don't want to talk to me
so i ask for a supervisor to pick the call, he was just as rude to me
like i work in the warehouse .
i requested numberous time for the number the corp office nothing giving
so he tell me that he can't issues no more shoes or my refund that he needs
to investagator in to the matter why those code or scan number he used
sending out the wrong shoes .he stated to me i can place an new order
and get those shoes
i deniel that that right to have them debit my card again. so i ask him if i could
return both pair to the store and get my refunded he stated yes the store can
send them back to the warehouse next day went to fransic key mall in frederick md
to return the product ,not joke this is so real get there they tell me they can't and
willnt do so but everything in there power to get custmor services on the phone
to email a shipping label to to store .before i left the store the manger and the manger
assiatance came over to help show me the shipping label in her email box
and she senting the shoes out with the store orders .
a week later those shoes came back to me again same 2 pair of shoes call macys in
the mall to find out why they where return to me ,told the manger that handle them
haven't arrive and she will return my call. nobody responsed back. call the online service again
given a new shipping label and requested one mail to me all the reason i requested email because
much faster. okay got the return letter 10days later in the mail and also same day in my
email but it didn't print out right i used the one she mail to my home drop the shoes off at usp
only three days later they back at my door . the ship stated you can send them usp drop box
which i used ,so i got another label taken to usp on june 3 2016
this is where it get interesting get a email from usp comfriming the shoes or shipped
macy's send a email telling me they got the comfrimed for ups and its take up to 3 days
to criedit my refund .
3to 10 days so i call direct express (never used them ) open a investgates for my refund
the bank give me 27.17 on july 11 2016 than did thier check to only find out that macys
had double charge . i fill out the forms the requested and stated to them that macys only
owe me 30.71 not the 60.78 they went after since i rec'vd 30.78 .
But macy's stated that i got the money never it the money i got was criedit from the bank
as a adjustment payment.
so all of that and here its july 28 2016 and all of this back again not only did the bank take back
57.00 im out of shoes and money .and not corp number or help from on macy's side my intend
is to fi;e a small court for my coins and stress .if anyone can learn from this stay out of macys theyre rip offs
