Complaint Review: Madaris Window & Insulation LLC - Delray Beach Florida

On the weekend of Memorial Day Weekend, there was a Home Show in Miami Fl.  My husband and I stopped at the booth of Madaris Window & Insulation, LLc because of the type of nsulation this company was advertising.  I loved the idea in installing a type of E-Shield insulation.  I filled out a card for them to contact me.  On June 7, 2014 I signed a contract with Madaris Window & insulation, LLC to installed the E-Shield on my attic.  Now when the sell person was at my house on June, I asked if this could be done in my house due to the fact my attic don't have any space to; He proceded to assure me that the installer were able to do the job.  E-shield and solar attic fan came to a total of $4500.00.  He asked me for $1275.00 deposit for doing the whole attic and installing a panel attic fan but me being so stupid and thrustworthy, I gave him $1575.00 plus $150.00 certifacate from FPL (Florida Power Light)

I have not heard from this company until October of this year, four months later.  I was called by Robert Farkas scheduling an apt. I told them I needed to be home, the job could be done either during the weekend or after work 3:30Pm.  Several apoitments were made and cancelled by then due to a "sickness" or over book.  Finally, an apt. was set for October 6, 2014 at 3:30pm again I received a call telling me that they needed to canceled due to "sickness".

I asked the jentleman on the phone: I don't understand how this job could be done, when I don't have any attic space?  He sent someone to drive by my house and call me back telling me that yes this job can't be done.

I called Robert Farkas asking to return me back my money, he told me to calm down that he was going to send someone else because he didn't believe on the installer word. Imaging he doesn't thrust his own people.  On Tuesday 10/7/14 Anthony Debolt came to my house late when he was supossed to be there at 3:30pm.  Anthony showed up to my house without a ladder so I have to give him one of mine when up to the attic opening and said that the attic was to small and the job can't be done.  He offered me a solar panel water heater, I said I don't want it, He offered to changed a door for me, I said No.

Today, 10/8/14 I called Robert Farkas to find out when should I expect my money back, he offered me some type of a/c program which I turned down I explain I don't want any bussiness with then that I needed my money back.  We were going back and forth and I explained we were going around and around that I wanted my money back.  He told me he was busy and needed to get off the phone.  He hang up on me.

I need to find out what should I do to get all my money back from this company?  Any help out there?
