On November 11th, I wired Madison Avenue Closeout $4047 for two high end designer handbags lots, that were referred by owner DeDe Guest as the best on the market. Two weeks later I recieved the two lots that were Used/ and Damanged.
On Weds April 15, 2015 over 5 months later after loosing much time money and business I recieved a particial payment of $3794.14 and was told that the remaining $252.86 i would have to take as a credit.
Fact 1-I purchase directly from Madison Avenue Closeout to whom I personally wired fund Directly into Madison Avenue Bank Account.
Fact 2-The Partcial refund check was made out from Madison Avenue Closeout Bank Account.
This was not a broker, dropship transaction, as DeDe Guest Claims. DeDe Guest made me wait for her and her company Madison Avenue Closeout to get a refund from her contact and Source Macy's/Bloomindales Liquidation and then sent only what she paid and has kept the profit she and her company made on my purchase which was Used /Damaged Goods and has told me I have to take the balance in a credit to her comapany.
I would never do busines with DeDe Guest/Madison Avenue Closeout or any bussiness Associated with. This cost my on-line business to loose an entire Holiday Season, loss of money, and time.

We at Madison Avenue Closeouts have worked diligently with the supplier to provide a refund. This is very unusual in the liquidation industry as is standard...ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
These bags were ordered from our supplier and drop shipped to the customer Lisa Haley, and infact arrived damaged. I do believe that as the broker we had an obligation to advocate on Lisa Haley's behalf and we took that responsibility very seriously. We also understand both her frustration and inconvenience and have been very sympathetic to that.
Madison Avenue Closeouts agreed with Lisa Haley that this refund process took much longer than expected. However we were working within the confines, procedure and timeframe of the supplier. Thankfully the liquidation company/supplier acknowledged the error on their end and agreed to circumvent their policies to issue a refund to the customer.
Madison Avenue Closeouts did our very best to remain polite and professional despite Lisa Haley's hostility, threats and disparaging remarks, we do care about our customers VERYmuch.. We have no adverse feelings toward Lisa Haley as we understand how frustrating business can be at times. Madison Avenue Closeouts wishes Lisa Haley the very greatest success in her future endevors.
Thank You From,
Madison Avenue Closeouts
