This company Madison payments Inc., is headed by a man of the vp of sales his name is Dan Patick he's also the head trainer of the company the Cattlecall man for those that don't know what that means that's in interviewing process and corporate industry where we call 100 people in hope we score with three jobs and the rest we keep turning over a Richeau to refill our sales quota this is the way he conducts business , the one that calls and set you up as an employee for how he wants you to conduct his business on the streets plus he's also the man that is in charge of closing the accounts for the merchants and salesman that are having problem with their pitch or as he says hook line sinks that's business on ethical right there. they aren't a honest credit cardprocessing company, he also does Cash advance for merchants ,I don't know how gruesome that side of his businesses are but from what I saw and what I have seen and what I have experienced in just four days of training with this company blows my mind that he's not out of business already.
First of all, he gets the wanted employee in on a Cattlecall watch his adds on indeed simply hired and zip recruiter ,then he has Josh who is his side partner schmooze you into a hiring process that is filled with nothing but pipe dreams and BS stories to take it one step further he plays games with peoples paychecks ,their lives their well-being and their futures. Just by the way he does business as a credit card processing company is an on going example of why we have a reputation in the industry because of people like this. please if you're doing business with this man Steppeway take the contract cancellation and walk away from his company you're only going to do damage to your financial future. If you're in employee don't even bother going in ,it's a game he thinks he's a big hug Ach slugger or for those that don't know that terminology the credit card processing industry he's nothing but a pimple on the credit card processing industry's a**. His sales force has only been around for 4 months, since sept 2014 that's it he has only eight reps now he has seven and he keeps hiring reps to fill a quota so he can turn over a profit for himself not for anybody else this man should be out of business and I guarantee in six months he will be . He is located on 14 Wall Street on 20th floor in New York New York he's also progressing to get on 30 Broad Street the 42nd floor if you are in business with this man or have any contact with him tell him right to his face your a b******* artist.
I am not no disgruntled employee I practice good business ethics and I don't lie to my customers. He wants you to lie or tell the merchant in a gray area that's lying isnt it .The way he educates his employees and trains them is very unethical he teaches you how to tell the merchant that he's been in business for over 10 years when he has only been established for 4 months , his processing company is (First American payment company) they should tear his contract up and tell him to take a walk just by the way that he's destroying one of the oldest credit card processing company ACHs is in the industries image because he's a part of them he is an ISO contractor for them. He wants to s****.>

I'm a nut job yeah ok, your the nut job and the state system player that uses the social security office to support your dumb a** and lazy self you have never worked or had a job all you do is collect money from people and persons and there misfortunes ,
I am not under any investigations that's too funny and I am being investigated for child pornagraphy this is great news cause my lawyer knows exactly who it is now it is the dumb a****** from Wanaque nj MS. DINA LYNN HOOK !!! You need help and need to get caught robbing the government for an illness you dont have everybody knows your just plain LAZY and watch what legal issues happen to this person I have never stolen any money from this person or there family members never been charged with anything like that so do us all a favor for everybody and don't pay attention to this very sick individual who constantly Harrases stalks and cyber bullies me and my family for info of my whereabouts for the past 5 years. it all comes down to $$$ money !$ and your not getting a f****** dime lol so they want to destroy me on the Internet to cause havoc and distruption ,
I know this woman personally and she lays in bed till my child goes to school then wakes up around 1030am and plays on Facebook and then calls people to gossip while making her next move to intimidate people to give money. if anything she over uses Xanax and smokes pot in her house with a child in it. she is a huge manipulator and a player on the system it's ok cause to date child protective services have been called several times on her in the past and they have just been contacted again along with nj housing services for her working off the books and stealing money from the state and the government she is the one that is being investigated and the one that is going to be losing her housing her social security and charges of fraud. my attorneys are currently working on prosecution on her and her tactful ways of harassing my mother and other people in our family for the past several months. I have had run ins with the law but during my self destruction period when I was getting over a divorce and trying to get away from this crazy b**** !!! She is a true thief and LIER to the public she is public slandering me and trying to create problems for people that don't roll her way we'll just so everyone knows she is going to be the one with legal problems now thank god someone helped me find this at tourney to put a stop to this cause she is out of control ..
I have had personal problems in the past but nothing on record that I ever stole from anyone or anything or no convicted felon charges so please SHUT UP GET UP AND GET OUT OF BED CLEAN YOUR DISGUSTING HOUSE AND STOP THE INSANITY PLEASE HERE IS MY DISCHARGE PAPERS TO PROVE to everyone that is a LIE !!! Madison Payments really needs to be more careful in who they hire. Darren Michael Bavaro is a career criminal. I am neither a current or former employee of Madison Payments but I know Darren Bavaro well. His criminal history follows:
In August 2006, Darren Michael Bavaro was charged with burglary.
In October 2008, Darren Michael Bavaro was convicted and sentenced to 1 year in prison.
In May 2008, Darren Michael Bavaro was charged with cocaine possession.
In November 2010, Darren Michael Bavaro was convicted and sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison.
In May 2011, Darren Bavaro was arrested for threatening violence.
In January 2013, Darren Bavaro was arrested for violation of probation, possession of cocaine.
In March 2013, Darren Bavaro was arrested for possession of crack cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

With all due respect Mr. Bavaro – I believe you’ve lost any credibility you may have. As I understand it, he has other outstanding charges and investigations. You’ve talked about your outstanding career but I have to ask the question – what kind of career could you possibly have if you’ve spent the last decade in and out of jail? As for your military career – you were dishonorably discharged. Why? Because you are a convicted felon. Stop spreading lies Darren Bavaro.

I know Darren Bavaro personally and I feel bad for anyone with the misfortune of dealing with this nutjob. Do a Google search on Darren Bavaro and you can easily access his mugshots and partial criminal history - Arrested in 2011 for violence, arrested in 2013 for possession of crack cocaine. He has personally stolen money and valuables from myself and my family and I understand he's currently being investigated for identity theft and child pornography. How anyone could hire this lunatic is beyond me. He'll get what's coming to him.

in comes darren bavaro to one of my trainings, says he loves the training and even texted me on multiple occasions thanking me for giving a great class for merchant services. he claimed he had a 100 people under him and knew everything there was to know about the merchant serices's industry. anohter dreamer who did not even know the basic concepts and anything connected to the industry. he wanted to run the company but could not figure out what 30 basis pt of 20,000 was? he had 0 backround and could not sit still for a second, like a 5 year old. as he entered training on thur morning, he asked when he was geting paid told him every 2 weeks, wanted to know when the check was going to hit, i told him probably the 30th of the month, not good enough, he walked out said something about cattle, making 0 sense. he was refering to the people i interviiew to become potential reps. as a hiring manager, i teach, train, and hire, how do you get good potential employess? you interview them. in short, darren bavaro is a vet, and i respect that, he thinks he knows more than he does, and is extremely wound tight, darren, get some help dude, you need it
