Sometime ago (more than a year) I agreed to accept a one year subscription to Family Circle for $4.99. The magazine just keeps coming, and now the subscription end date on the mailing label is Jan 2017! Recently I changed all of my credit card accounts due to hacking, so I have no idea how the magazine is being charged to me, as I check all my credit card bills every month. Magazine Service Center says they can't find my name or address in their records, but continues to send me a magazine?

When a company sends you an item in the mail and YOU neither ordered it or paid for it, more often then not the law is on YOUR side. Since you had already paid for one year of service/subscription and they continue to send you copies, YOU get to keep those without payment as its a clerical error on THIER part. There is no expectation for YOU to pay for something that you DID NOT order or pay for.
