Magic City Engery Ripped Me Off! Gave them a $4000 deposit, never got windows installed! Pinson, Alabama
I signed a contract with Joey on 8/25 and paid a $4000 deposit. After a no show on 9/17 and 9/24, I asked to speak to a manager but was told he didnt have time to speak to customers. After 4 weeks of pushing to get my windows installed, Joey insured me I had a guaranteed installation date. On 10/15, I was promised to have installers at my home before 9am. Once again a "no show"! The morning of, Joey and Rae both had full voicemails. I received no courtesy call, no answer to text messages or emails, absolutely nothing! I've missed work 3 times for a waste of time and money lost. I even attempted to contact them through Service Magic, when Rae answered the phone; she denied talking to me with Service Magic on the line. This experience has been absolutely dreadful! Stay away from this company as I wish I never did business with them! This so-called business is a rip-off!
