I signed up as a distributer via their sales letter promising all sorts of great money if you can direct business their way via the web. What a joke! I tested out my first order after I got the $149 distributer kit. I put in my own code and ordered some items. When my commission did not show up in the back office I called the company to complain. They said they did not see that the code was put in. I put it in myself, so knew it was. They did cancel the order and I tried again under a relatives name putting in my distributer code. Once again, no commission showed up linking the customer to myself. I called and they said they were working on some system adjustments so maybe that was why. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a few months before I tried again. I called first and they assured me all was okay with the system so once again, I put in a relatives name and my code. Once again, no commission. What a joke. Don't spend your hard earned money for the opportunity, it is a scam!

You may have me mixed up with someone else. I never signed anything and never got a $300 kit w/clothing and stationary. I only got the original package (Had instructions and 1 boys shirt that was very nice.) I tried and tried to fix the problem as I really wanted to sell the clothing and thought it was a good deal - I was really excited. I never called and masked my voice to your company. I just called after testing the site time and time again and was told EVERY time that my code was not listed, it was very frustrating! Once the receptionist told me that it does happen that the codes don't show up but then they call the customer to find out the code. What if the customer had thrown the mailer or whatever away? All that work for nothing. Once I emailed (have it saved) after entering information and asked the lady if the code was in there and she said no, but I could use this other one that she gave to me. I talked to the manager a few times (he was very nice and friendly) and assured me everything was working fine, but then I would test it and voila, no code. I am not a dummy.....I know how to enter a stupid code-I was doing it right! And I was not going to spend alot of time and money on marketing something that was not working or I was not postive was working. I am not holding any claims against your company but I am doing the public a favor by telling my experience with your company and what I state is the total truth. Maybe you got your site fixed now, I don't know....and I just do not have the time or energy to try it out anymore. Julie

Customer called and we worked with her many instances to fix the problem that was actually caused by her not entering her information in correctly in the first place. Customer also spent quite a bit of time trying to circumvent the system, by calling almost daily and using different names or trying to mask her voice. All we wanted to do was to help her, and if the energy went in to correcting the situation than trying to make it worse all parties would have been taken care of quickly and efficiently. Customer also signed a letter stating that if we shipped her a sample kit with a variety of clothing and stationery items ($300 value)at no charge, she would no longer hold any claims or obligations from us in a negative light. We held up our end of the agreement, and unfortunately she doesn't seem like she is interested in following her own agreement. We are a busy company that is constantly growing, and we are here to help our customers in way that we can.
