The $165 kit contains 10 of each:  "Parents" posters, "Store Owner" posters, "Parents" business cards, "Store Owner" business cards, "Parents" post cards, "Store Owner" post cards. The rest of the kit is sales literature on the importance of buying more "Dealer's items from MagicKidsUsa: different amounts of money gives you a higher percentage of sales, a plan to involve non-profits so they they get 10% of sales, plans and computer files to place adds, with lists of newspapers to place ads in, lots of testimonials from Dealers, and the offer to build a website for $200 per year. There is the offer to provide business consulting for $100 per hour. 

 I was expecting to put up posters and have people order from the website with my Dealer's code, both on the posters. There is a money back guarantee, but if orders are placed, money is held for 30 days, then is supposed to be paid out on the 15th and 30th. You can't expect to get any money back very soon, and have to expect to invest more money to do what you signed up for. I can have posters printed locally for sixty cents per page, or order them from the company. Printing my own is a possibility. The posters need tear-offs, with the website and my dealer code on them. 

The business plan I bought into is unworkable with just my time. That raises doubts about investing more money. We'll see what the 10 posters and 10 business cards and non-profits involvement bring in before investing more. The $165 kit is not what can be used by itself to start a home-based business, as was advertised, with no extra investment, putting up posters and getting money in the mail.

The company has been around so long, and entry fee so low, I expect volume of new dealers to be high, so was not deterred by the BBB rating, with 39 complaints in 3 yrs, with 18 not satisfied. To know if the company has integrity, we'd need to know what percentage of dealer's sales are problematic. They do answer the telephone.
