Glad I found the report. I did not buy anything but this company has no phone number, not found in any phone directory, directory assistance, does not respond to any inquiry, e-mail, etc. Any company that cares that little about customer service raises a red flag in my opinion. Prices are outrageous to begin with. I wil steer clear.

Its becoming more common these days for Internet companies not to publish their phone number. Many of us are small businesses, trying to efficiently run our business while also trying to keep costs down so that our products are affordable. We also deal with huge amounts of email per day and unfortunately may not always be able to answer all of them.
The writer states "prices are outrageous to begin with". In reality, our prices are right in line with other legitimate companies that also sell professional grade products, and not the As-Seen-on-TV type products.
Setting the Record Straight:
We understand the need for consumer protection websites, but we have serious concerns about this particular website. A quick search will yield some very unflattering information about RipOffReport.com. Heres a small sample at ConsumerAffairs.com
It is our opinion that any website that allows false or derogatory information about an otherwise reputable company without any form of verification or evidence is nothing more than a gripe site that allows disgruntled customers a platform to tarnish a companys reputation without assuming any of the responsibility of the damage it helps facilitate.
RipOffReport.coms solution to redact or remove comments is to pay them a filing fee" of $2000.00 for their arbitrators, not even attorneys, but arbitrators. Whos ripping off whom?
From this day forward, Magic Mender will no longer respond to any complaints posted on this website. If you have a complaint with our company you can simply contact us on our website where it will be handled properly as it should be and not on an extortion type website that has no authority or credibility.
