Do Not Buy a Vehice from there, you wont be sorry.
I bought a car on July 18 and on th 21 was back in the dealership. They gave me a vegicle that had NOT been inspeted with Cut and mended brake and tire sensors (ILLEGAL), locked engine and short circuit on battery and starter,
I called the dealer as I noticed some noise from under he hood and the "check engine: light came on. I called again and they anwered all Mercedes do that. I disagreed and brought it in. They tell me all it needs is an oil change and the brakes were gone. They would call me to see it their mechnic can take care of that. They never did. I took it in to a certified Mercedes shop to have this done, becau they have issued me an UNSAFE car. I spent $700 or I could kill myself driving a car like that. The "check engine" light stayed on. Clled and too it in so they can see what was going on. The saesperson JOHAN took the car and sped up and the engine locked, he tried turning the car again and it was dead. Smoke began to come out from the hood. A burnt smell emerged under the hood. We ran out of the car. He called a tow truc and took it and told us they would call us wth a follow up. THEY NEVER DID! They ignored us and hoped we would simply dissapear owing this broken car.
My wife found the owner;s name and informtion. She called him and he got scared and told her to meet him in 20 min @ the dealership and he would take care of the problem. He showed up and went crazy screaming at everyone and demanded to fix the problem. IT WAS ALL FOR SHOW. They kept the car for 15 days till they took it to the Mercedes dealer. We were given NO loaner and left with NOTHING! They took my down payment, my Trade in car and no forms of transportation. I explained to my wife is a Diabetic T1 and has CANCER. I must take here to and fro the Doctors.No assistance no sense of humanity. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. This probem was unecessary if they would have inspected the vhicle before selling it.

DMV, CHASE (FINNCING BANK), CONSUMER PROTECTION and BBB
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE RECORd they are theives wih no heart.Why are they still in business?
