On 16 Dec. 2017 I ordered 2 sets of Magic Tracks. It was a buy one get one offer. I should have received 4 sets. When it cam on the 6th of Jan. there were only 2 sets. I contacted the service people that said they would send the other 2 sets out. That was on the 8th of January. The next package did not come until the 20 of January. They had sent the wrong items again. I had to wait till Monday morning to contact them because they are only open Monday - Friday. On the 22 of January I call the service line once again and told them what had happened they said they were sorry and that they would get it out that day. I asked if they could expdite it and they said no. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said that they did not have a supervisor. How crazy is that? This is now the 24th of January and I have not received notice that my package has been sent? How can companies get away with this?
