Approximately June 2012 magicJack (MJ) device lost sound (everything else had sound), MJ customer care agents did "REMOTES" to repair and failed to get sound working. No sound sense that June 2/12, on February 19, 2013 an automatic renewal took out the $31.39 ($29.95 Golden Plan), I never invoked an Automatic Renewal Plan...another remote was done and no service was provided, the agent said my credit card was no good for me to contact the Bank on 2/20/13, I called and found multiple charges did go through and another agent (Jezabelle, the b*tch) said [I] deactivated the account, this was a lie, they said I as the morning went on we tried to activate and the Bank called and said there was activity and 4 charges on 2/20/13 (today) were being processed. That made a total of 5 charges in 2 days actually going through!!! Four straight out lies, 6 failures to straighten things out, purposely disconnected 3 times, out of the blue for no reason.
DO NOT USE MAGIC JACK

NOT ONE TELEPHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO ANYONE IN THE COMPANY!

CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY SUCKS
