MagicJack Gave me a business number for residential. Cant stop calls Nationwide
MagicJack gave me a number that used to be some lawn care business. I did not pick the number, they did. I have continously received calls from business telemarketers for business loans and business credit cards, Google+ for business listings, and even the BBB DAILY. I placed my number on the do not call list register when I first got the phone and every time another on calls I tell them it's not a business. They are all dialer numbers coming up on the caller ID and won't give out their company name hanging up when I ask. I contacted magicjack CS and was told to file a suggestion for a new feature. I'd have to pay to get my number changed. I'm not paying to change it when I did not choose it to begin with and theyre the ones who gave me a business number and I shouldn't have to be harassed by telemarketers for small businesses all the time either.
