Magiic Jack These creeps not only immediately accessed my credit card funds, violating the advertised 30 day free trial offer as advertised, but failed to return the funds when the device was returned within 10 days. W. Palm Bch. Florida
I made the mistake of ordering magic jack, somewhat disarmed by the endorsements found on their website, not realizing that it wouldn't work with my mac. Hoping that I was dealing with honest human beings, I mailed the device back within 10 days in it's original package, again hoping that I hadn't been charged according to the advertised promise. Guess again. Now hoping that a credit would appear on my credit card statement, the anxious waiting period began. Of course I attempted to find a means of communicating to a sympathetic ear, but found that unless one is ordering, there is no reasonable way of communicating with them. I contacted the credit card company but unless i could produce the missing Postal receipt they would do nothing. I'm not walking in wealth right now but I will survive this theft; however I have taken out a contract with One Who never fails to rectify wrongs, because vengeance belongs to Him and He will repay. dirty dan borislow may have my 50 bucks but I wouldn't want to be in his shoes when his bill comes due.
