Ok I have recieved emails from somone in Germany their tech support asking me to look in the registration part of the program and give them my computer id now. They tell me where it is but I have never been able to find it. I bought this program on the 2nd of July and used it about two days! The rest of the time I have either been trying to get help from E-mail or phone I have given up on their phone line tech support they never answered but once but do give a message to call back. I did about fifty time with the same results. With the questions I have been getting in the e-mails I don't think I will ever get a working code from these people for this software. If I do I will post here and let you know that I did but I just don't think it will happen. I can tell you I have bought one other software online that I downloaded and had some small problems with and their tech support was there EVERY time I called. I had to wait a few minutes but the phone system they have tells you what caller you are and how long the wait is. But I have been able to talk to them and they were there and did help me every time. Not like this company that gives a message and hangs up. If there are no post below this one then I never got my key code! I will post the same day I get it if I ever do!

Just got through to the company by phone, They gave me the same code I had before. He ended the call by saying, Hello Hello Hello then hung up. I was up set and so was he at my attitude. He told me to download the program and start over and told me to use the same code as before. The program will not take the code he told me to use, It says it's an invalid code. Tried again 20 times to contact them and no answer except to say the lines are busy please call back later. So I'm no better off than before...Paid but no program.....I would just like my money back at this point. This is not worth the grief!

I have waited now for 24 hrs since I had this problem. I have had no responce from them in any way. I even tired to call them but get hung up on every time. I will keep posting until I get a new key code for this software I paid for and now can not use because it thinks I have a pirate copy. If you have magic Jack (PHONE) and you use this program it thinks you have removed a drive or added one. I'm not sure if this is the problem or not I can't ask anyone from the site. But if it is the problem then What I have been saying about this program is all to true. They should not be looking at my computer to see what I have for drive to determine if I have done somthing wrong, they have gone way to far! I'm certain I will be writing another note like this in 24 more hrs. I have lost all faith in this company!
