Mags4Cheap Paid and Unfilled Orders, No Recourse ripoff Houtston Texas
I purchased magazine subscription several times from Mags4Cheap.com without any problem. We get alot of magazines so its hard to keep track of renewals. When I realized that I was not receiving one of the publications we receive, I tracked the order back to Mags4Cheap - and that it was placed in Aug 2006.
When I contacted them in Feb 2007, I was informed that the order was rejected from the publisher. I asked why I wasn't refunded my money at that time and received a response that I would receive a credit for a future purchase.
I indicated that I paid for a specific purchase and if that order was not fulfilled I would like a refund. I was told that I would receive a refund, and of course have not.
As of March 2007 I have not received a refund or any additional correspondence.
In addition to having orders processed with much delay, you have no recourse if an order is not processed. I would recommend not purchasing magazines from this company.
